Purchasing a puppy from Rootin'

A $500.00 non-refundable and non- transferable deposit is required to hold your puppy.
All fees must be paid before a puppy can leave us. The remainder of funds can be paid in person with cash on the day that you pick up your puppy.
We accept payments by cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. Paypal charges a 3% fee which will be paid by the buyer. If you pay the remaining balance for your puppy through PayPal it will need to be paid within 2 weeks of pickup.
Personal and cashier checks are not accepted.
We recommend that if at all possible you pick your puppy up here on site. However, shipping is available by flight through United Airlines Pet Safe. Buyers will pay shipping fees.
We also offer delivery or meeting the buyers up to 4 hours for a travel fee of $25.00 an hour. For example, if we drive 4 hours to meet, that would be a $200.00 travel fee.
Puppies will be vet checked and up to date on vaccinations and worming before leaving us at 8 weeks old.
Puppies will come with AKC papers with limited registration. Full registration can be given for an additional fee. We do not give breeding rights to families in Tennessee.
Buyers will have 72 hours once receiving their puppy to get him/her vet checked.
A puppy cannot be taken to their new home until they are at least 8 weeks old.
We offer a 12-month health guarantee for severe genetic health issues. This must be proved by 2 veterinarians, one being a neutral party. If this happens then the puppy will be returned to the breeder. Cash refunds will not be available but picking a new puppy will be.
We have the right to cancel any puppy purchase at any time prior to the puppy leaving our home. In this case, the deposit will be refunded.
If you see a puppy that you want to purchase let me know as soon as possible and I'll place your puppy "on hold". Once a $500.00 deposit has been received your puppy will be reserved.
